Humble Beginnings

1972.

Dallas whips Miami in the Super Bowl. Richard Nixon’s administration struggles with a war in Vietnam and the beginning of Watergate, a scandal that would last for years to come. Looking Glass hits #1 on the American Billboard singing “Brandy, you’re a fine girl...”

Larry Michael makes the trek from Chicago, Illinois to Tupelo, Mississippi and begins Transport Trailer with a mere $700 and a handful of tools. 1992 brings tremendous growth with the establishment of a machine working division and ultimately a revolutionary new company, Precision Machine and Metal Fabrication, Inc.

Three decades later, Precision rivals even the toughest metal work competition in the Southeast United States with a long line of satisfied customers. Incorporating cutting-edge technology with a dogmatic persuit of customer satisfaction and friendly neighborhood familiarity, Precision has grown into an expansive organization of design specialists, metalworking craftsmen and top-notch project managers - boasting a staff of more than 30 working under a 100,000 square-foot roof.
